Refund policy

At Gallery de Neyuh, your satisfaction is our priority. We provide a clear and transparent exchange & return policy to ensure peace of mind with every purchase.

I. Eligibility for Exchange & Return

Please inspect your order upon reception. We accept requests under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged / Defective Product

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with photos/videos of the issue.

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories, tags, stuffing, manual, and packaging intact.

2. Change of Mind

  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Product must remain unused and in original condition with full packaging.

  • Exchanges only: you may select an item of equal or greater value (if greater, you will pay the difference). Refunds for β€œchange of mind” are not available.

3. Ineligible for Exchange & Return

  • Used products or products damaged by customer misuse.

  • Products repaired/modified by third parties.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Requests after the specified period.

II. Procedure

  1. Contact: Email cs@neyuhleather.com with your order number, reason, and supporting images/videos.

  2. Confirmation: Our Customer Service team will review and advise next steps.

  3. Return the product:

    • In person: 168 Ly Tu Trong Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City – Vietnam.

    • By mail: Securely pack and ship to the above address.

  4. Inspection: Our team will verify product eligibility.

III. Shipping Fees

  • Manufacturer defect or shipping error: Gallery de Neyuh covers all shipping costs.

  • Change of mind (exchange only):

    • Customer bears return shipping cost.

    • Options:

      • Use your own courier service.

      • Request Gallery de Neyuh’s courier arrangement (a service fee of 10% of product value, min. 55 USD, applies).

IV. Refunds

  • Refunds apply only for defective/incorrect products.

  • Once the return is approved and processed, we will refund via the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and VAT (if paid in your country) are non-refundable.

V. Notes

  • Defective products will be prioritized for replacement. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  • Keep your shipping receipt until the return process is complete.
