4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination:

Orders below $200 will be subject to a shipping fee according to our international shipping rates.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes

Customers in the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, and Saudi Arabia will not be charged any additional import duties or taxes.

Customers in other countries may be responsible for import duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

6. Tracking Your Order

The price of the new item cannot be more than 35% lower than the original item's price.

Return Window: You can return items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging.

When returning a bag, ensure all original stuffing is included to prevent damage.

You can use our prepaid courier service (a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund, with a minimum fee of $55).
